Created in 2009 by Yael Aflalo, we design and manufacture the majority of our limited-edition collections in our factory headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. All other garments are produced by responsible manufacturing partners here in the U.S. or abroad using sustainable methods and materials. We source sustainable fabrics and vintage garments while incorporating better practices throughout our supply chain to make beautiful styles at a fraction of the environmental impact of conventional fashion. It is our mission to lead and inspire a sustainable way to be fashionable.

I have 15 years of experience building successful, large scale ecommerce companies. I played key roles in the startup, growth and acquisitions of Bizrate/Shopzilla and NewCars.com. I built DermStore.com from scratch and led it through the acquisition and integration with Intelligent Beauty and then through a second acquisition by Target Corp. I’m currently helping DermStore and Target find the middle ground between nimble startup and Fortune 100 corporation.My specialties include: internet technologies, ecommerce, software product development, user experience, code and site architecture, website security and scalability, brand positioning and strategy, revenue and demand generation, and performance based marketing. I have a proven approach to driving profitable growth by developing business strategies, building great solutions, and leading execution through to success.
