I am a passionate contact center leader with multiple years of experience in inbound and outbound contact center environments with both large and small organizations. Through the years I have been given the opportunity to learn and lead the majority of the functions that make a contact center successful including CRM tools, dialer operations, phone, chat, email and call monitoring systems and WFM tools including skill based routing, capacity planning, service level management and forecasting. I utilize a management approach that is focused on the customer experience and I pride myself on coaching and developing employees that work for me to build careers in the contact center. Outside of work, I am a dedicated husband and father that enjoys funny movies, coaching my sons in various sports and spending time outdoors golfing and fishing.
