My qualifications include, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, MBTI steps 1&2 , FIRO-B for team and individual communication preferences, MSCEIT emotional intelligence asessment, Strength Deployment Inventory for motivation and stress analysis, Belbin for team role profiling. I hold chartered membership of AHRI and CIPD.
