Implementation of DevOps to accelerate the speed of software development being made available to customers through techniques such as continuous integration, allowing data analytics to provide the business drivers for the automation. Extensive experience in delivering projects that require massive compute at scale, with high levels of elasticity, high levels of availability and significant commercial penalties (SLA) for any disruption. Extensive experience engaging with senior executives and boards around the adoption of cloud computing, and the formation of agreements that develop a partnership approach between the customer and supplier. An experienced public speaker and presenter on cloud, including presentations and Q&A sessions with media and analysts. Implementation of systems and processes in order to obtain and maintain ISO 27001:2013, ISAE 3402 SOC 1 Type 1/2, AT101 SOC 2 Type 1/2 audit and compliance standards. Leadership of a 100 strong team located across the globe delivering 24/7 SaaS (Software as a Service) to our customers. Defined the foundation architecture of our multi tenent cloud platform where shared software and dedicated databases per customer are delivered globally.
