Facilities Director for Taubman at International Plaza & Bay Street, Tampa Florida; Taubman founded by A. Taubman is headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with Taubman Asia subsidiary based in Hong Kong. Taubman Centers is an S&P MidCap 400 Real Estate Investment Trust engaged in the ownership, management and/or leasing. International Plaza and Bay Street, is an enclosed, two-story regional shopping center with an adjacent outdoor lifestyle center, located on the southeast edge of the Tampa International Airport. A 1.6 million square foot facility featuring 200 specialty stores and 15 restaurants, plus the Renaissance Tampa Hotel. The mall is anchored by the department stores Nordstrom, Dillard's, Neiman Marcus, and Ballard Designs which only occupies half of its anchor wing. Popular stores include Burberry, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Kate Spade, Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Montblanc, Swarovski, Tiffany & Co, Tory Burch, AlX Armani Exchange, Abercrombie & Fitch, Coach, Cole Haan, J.Crew, Juicy Couture, M.A.C, Williams-Sonoma, Z Gallerie, Zara, and many more. Adjacent to mall itself are four corporate office towers; Corporate Center One, Two, Three, and Four. Tenants in these centers include corporate headquarters for such notable companies as Progressive Insurance, Hancock Bank, Shutts & Bowen as well as Moffitt Cancer Center. Bay Street consists of upscale restaurants, bars and cafes in an intimate sidewalk café setting. Restaurants include The Cheesecake Factory, The Capital Grille, Zen Bistro, Gelateria Del Duomo, and The Pub. This open-air area becomes a nightspot after mall closing hours, with most of the aforementioned restaurants open late. In addition, Bar Louie and Blue Martini are popular nightclubs.
