As a B2B and B2C operator, maximises margin and turnover by identifying and evaluating all large incremental business opportunities. Results-focused, pragmatic and a strong creative thinker with an ability to create content on a daily basis. Works with clients on strategy, planning and problem solving, and helps clients develop business skills and knowledge. Includes business modelling and marketing plan, and determining which marketing techniques to use and how to use them. Develops and implements a portfolio contact strategy that enables effective coverage of business operations and prospects in order to highlight for them the commercial opportunities within their sector and planned markets. Guides on required resources needed to succeed - money, time, skills/knowledge, equipment, and people resources. Sets goals and milestones with the client for their next 1 year, 3 years and 5 years. Advises decision-makers on how to plan and implement projects, advising, teaching skills, and brainstorming with the client to produce practical results and enhance strategic thinking. Analytical and thrives on new business sales, researching and planning prior to arranging a presentation. Works to collaborate effectively and with respect, focusing on the key inputs to deliver the desired results.
