In addition to my extensive professional experience, I am proficient in English, Portuguese, and French, with advanced interpersonal communication, negotiation, delegation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. I have over 25 Years of experience with Swissport, which all started in Montreal Canada as a Cargo Agent for KLM Airlines which enabled me to attain a deep and profound understanding of the aviation industry. KLM then turned over the cargo division to Cargo Service Center where I began my I.T. career that led me to Miami as the I.T. Field Services Manager for Swissport USA. I traveled to LATAM, Brazil, US, and Canada stations and set up the network infrastructure, which included getting cabling and data rooms up and running; installing and supporting Windows 10, Windows 7, Active Directory, Office 365, and Apple mobile devices; troubleshooting/collaborating with the team in order to resolve complex problems; and engaging with vendors and third parties in order to resolve any issues that would arise. Furthermore, I oversaw the I.T. Field Services Team in order to ensure that all of the projects were completed in an efficient and timely manner. I have worked on all I.T. functions, including Networking, data centers, workstations, servers, and applications. I have been overseeing the NOAM Network for many years and as a result, my knowledge and expertise has allowed me to assist in the global integration initiative. I truly enjoy the work that I do, and I demonstrate the ability to be a leader, work with multiple members of a team by developing/strengthening positive working relationships, while maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times. I view myself as a responsible and reliable team member with strong organizational and time management skills, as evidenced by, the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks, role components, and performing effectively under pressure.
