Have been staff number 1 when joint my current company and grown to 1000 staff and running 3 stations in a period of 9 months, now growing in next 3 months to 1200 staff and handling revenue vs budget up to 200M SAR for 2019/2020 •A keen strategist with proven abilities in commercial and strategy planning, Start up new stations, indentify operational issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, deal with airport authorites, achieving desired objectives, revenue growth, negotiating airline contracts, studying tenders and service level agreements of airlines and airports. •Track record of developing operational and qualitative policies / norms, systems & controls, motivational schemes & customer service standards, sign deal between ground handler and airlines, generate revenue and meet targets, cost evaluation and financial management. •Talent for proactively identifying and resolving problems, ramping up mission critical activities with on time deliverables, and maximizing productivity •An effective positive team leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and with expertise in managing cross cultural taskforces and deal with top management levels of multinational companies with huge budget and responsibilities.
