I am an experienced Marketing and Strategy Manager with a track record of driving superior commercial performance through high level business strategies and marketing initiatives. I have a track record in managing multi-disciplinary project teams across marketing, data analysis, product management, finance, sales and compliance to address strategic business issues. I also have key skills in developing new products and services; leading economic and marketing research projects; developing insight-driven marketing plans; and creating and implementing customer engagement strategies to drive superior cross sales and retention. With a background in CRM marketing I have experience in using, and managing analysts using, formal analysis tools such as Business Objects and SAS to mine, analyse and manipulate data in order to optimise customer segmentation and campaign management.
