A Certified Property Manager (CPM, Emeritus) and licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in Illinois, Bob joined Wolin-Levin in 1978. He had been the company president since the mid '90's. Bob developed the company's presence and rapid growth in condominium/co-op management which encompassed nearly 20,000 units. He has received many awards, been quoted in many news outlets and written articles for several magazines. Since leaving the property management company he has taken on many new professional and philanthropic experiences. He has purchased many foreclosed condominium units to sell or lease, however most of his time is now committed to helping not for profit organizations with shared visions realize their potential by using his educational background and business acumen. What's next......only time will tell. He leads by example and believes his influence may enhance others that hard work, honesty and integrity leads to a fruitful, productive life.
