I am Managing Director of SVN | Angelic (SVN's Institutional Capital Markets group), and President of Angelic Real Estate. In those roles I operate in both the investment banking and investment brokerage worlds, and am also a principal investor/owner. In total I have $7.5B of transaction experience, mostly in investment sales and financings, but also including over $1 billion tenant representation projects, representing Fortune 1000 companies on corporate real estate transactions and portfolio management around the globe. I am focused primarily on industrial, office, multifamily and medical properties, but also work with retail and hotel investment properties. In addition to mainstream transaction execution, I also specialize in some niche financial structuring including build-to-suit funding/financing and tenant improvement financing. Most of my present active work is within the United States, though not exclusively. I have completed transactions in 45 states in the US, and in 17 other countries. My educational and work background in both finance and computers has always served me well in the real estate investment world, with an excellent understanding of structuring and modeling complex financial transactions. As a company we will continue to work in all major asset types, without geographic boundaries, and in some specialty/niche assets as well, such as hospitals, data centers and the freezer/cooler space.
