Stephanie is an international speaker, non-profit executive director, and teen advocate.She is the founder of Heart of Leadership, a San Diego based non-profit organization that helps young women develop their natural leadership abilities, navigate the pressures of our "achievement culture," and work together to impact communities they care about. The 501c3 connects young women with community leaders and relatable role models who help guide the way.In partnership with Teen Truth Live, Stephanie conducted high-impact assemblies on body image, self esteem, and making a difference in high schools and middle schools throughout the U.S. and Canada and in March 2011 she went overseas to present to schools in Asia. In August of 2010, she launched a movement-based leadership program for teens and has led numerous workshops and classes for teens and adults focused on yoga, self-care, self-esteem, and leadership.In May 2013, Stephanie graduated from the Master of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL) program at the University of San Diego as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society.
