Tedd Kruse is President of Milling and Baking Solutions at ADM. In this role, Tedd has grown and modernized ADM’s Milling & Baking Solutions business, while expanding ADM’s customer value proposition and driving further operational efficiencies. With deep experience in strategic planning and leading commercial teams, Tedd has played a pivotal role in transforming ADM Milling & Baking Solutions. Tedd joined ADM in 1993. He held a variety of leadership positions in the company’s sweeteners and food oils businesses before assuming the role of CEO of Stratas Foods — a 50/50 joint venture between ADM and ACH Food Companies — in 2011. Kruse holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from Iowa State University. Tedd currently serves a board member of several organizations, including North American Millers Association and Red Star Yeast.
