I am a Chartered Building Surveyor with 30 years’ experience within the property industry. I have worked in several different surveying disciplines including specification preparation, contract administration, building surveys, defects diagnosis, project management, feasibility studies, cost estimates, lettings and leasehold matters. I have worked for the public sector, property consultants and for a private family estate. Set up Salt Building Surveying Limited in February 2015 to focus on project management and general building surveying functions. I am a lively, dedicated and committed person with considerable experience in a wide range of property related areas. Although, I would consider myself hardworking my family life is also very important to me and I try and manage a healthy work/life balance.
