As a customer service rep for the past ten years, I’ve learned how to deal with a wide variety of personalities. Which has lead me to enjoy handling tough cases, as it gives me a chance to problem solve. I also enjoy interacting with the public and love doing outreach. Given the years of experience, I have gained the ability to see a situation from different perspectives and I can complete my assignments even in the face of difficult obstacles. Which has given me the chance to leave a lasting impression on previous employers for my work ethic.
