I led technology strategy, architecture, portfolio management, vendor management, and organizational change management across the Starbucks Technology team. In addition, my team supports the technology for Teavana and Starbucks Roasteries.Since joining Starbucks in 2000 I've had the pleasure of working on many diverse and exciting challenges including the deployment of TMobile Hotspots into our stores back in 2001, our multi-year global ERP project and our newest challenges of global, mobile, SOA, Big Data, Technology as a Service and more. Previous roles/responsibilities include: Enterprise/Systems/Solutions Architecture, ERP, warehouse management, retail inventory management, distribution, data warehousing, eCommerce, custom application development, commercial package implementation, hardware/infrastructure, and systems/data integration.
