Special School District, located in Town and Country, Mo., provides special education services to students with disabilities. The district also operates two technical high schools that provide a wide range of career and technical education programs to area students. The district educates more than 30,000 students and performs more than 100,000 hearing and speech screenings and diagnostic evaluations annually. State legislation requires that a committee be appointed every four years to review the operations of the special school district and to make recommendations for improvement. Its areas of review include the SSDs structure, governance, administration, financial management, delivery of services and cooperation with partner school districts.

Experienced Project Manager with demonstrated history of effectively planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet success criteria. Team building, collaboration, and problem solving are critical skills that I continue to focus on in an effort to develop productive and focused teams. I have 20+ years in the educational workplace, first as School Psychologist in the field, then as a Technical Expert in the field of School Psychology, and later transitioning to Coordinator and Project Manager for Technology Services. Within my career, the common threads are facilitation, observation, problem solving, attention to detail, understanding processes, and close collaboration.
