Terrison Quinn is managing principal of SRS’ five California offices which span from San Diego to San Francisco and has been instrumental in the region’s growth. Terrison focuses on Project Leasing, Development Consulting and Disposition. He has worked with prominent institutional and private landlords and his team currently represents approximately Ten million square feet of retail space. Prior to joining SRS, Terrison was the number one retail leasing producer for Colliers International for all offices within the Greater Los Angeles region. He has been recognized at SRS the past several years for being a Top Producer companywide. Terrison has been honored by the industry as a Costar Power Broker for over 12 consecutive years and recognized as one of the emerging leaders within retail real estate brokerage. Terrison graduated cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in marketing and finance as well as a minor in economics. He has spent time teaching written and oral communication skills to multinational corporations in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
