My challenge has been helping both customers and sellers set goals, plan for the future, and focus on what they can control in an environment where change is a given. In and outside of work, I believe in treating people with dignity and respect. My passion for service comes from a long-time family commitment. I serve as an ally, mentor and sponsor, and I believe we should all work toward a more inclusive and equitable future.
