My career has been built on building - building capable teams, world-class product, multi-year business strategies, inspiring brands and stories, connected digital experiences, and fully optimized engineering solutions. I've curated my career path to learn and build a personal brand of leadership that attracts and motivates A+ players while building the capability to go as deep in the trenches as required. While passion and interest drive me towards technology development and R&D, my forte is in the boardroom, working on strategic vision, and building long term business growth. I often find myself as the glue between internal teams constantly focused on the consumer journey and unique product and brand benefits.
