Since I have joined the Process Development group, I have been involved and successfully developed: - HEK293 Suspension production of AAVs (small scale to scaling up process) to support several pipeline products. - Adaptation and implementation to increase AAV yields of current production methods relative to HEK293 adherent cells - DOE and scaling studies to support BLA filing for RPE-65 - Engineer Cell Lines - Lentiviruses and Adenoviruses production I have gained a good expertise in the field of AAV manufacturing since I have joined Spark. Moreover, my interaction with the manufacturing team along with my functions within the process development group provided me with a deep understanding of the tech transfer from small scale to large scale AAV production.
