Tiffany Santagati is an executive , mentor, researcher, and collaborative community leader. She believes that all people should have access to opportunity and be able to shine both personally and professionally. Passionate about DEI initiatives, studying history, and connecting with people, she is dedicated to creating fairness and equity in all her pursuits. Tiffany uses her studies to educate others about history and creating more inclusive communities and is known for communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences in relatable ways. Through presentations, workshops, and continuing education, her audience experiences an engaging, interactive, educational experience, taking away tangible and practical knowledge to assist themselves and their organizations. While serving as Vice President of Operations at the Greenville Housing Fund, Tiffany also holds volunteer board positions with five community organizations focused on equity building, belonging, dignity, and ending violence and child abuse. For two decades, she has worked with banks, nonprofit organizations, and businesses to create, enhance, and empower strong, cohesive, inclusive teams to optimize growth and success in organizations. As a financial and retail specialist, Tiffany has worked for community and regional banks with up to $180 Billion in assets. A lifelong learner, Tiffany holds a BA in Psychology from the University of South Carolina-Spartanburg, a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, and is a doctoral candidate at Anderson University, focused on achieving a Ph.D. in Leadership. In her personal time, Tiffany is a foodie and avid reader who loves to travel. She strives to enjoy the culture, art, and food of different areas around the globe, and cherishes spending time with family and friends.
