18 years of experience building companies. I started my career crunching numbers for the Jack Johnson company, providing financial analysis for ski and golf resort communities. Later, my partners and I started Magrath Pacific Real Estate with a focus on turning apartments into condos, profitably exiting our projects during the 2007 financial crisis. I then co-founded Visible Equity, which became the largest analytics company for credit unions in the US. After nine years of rapid growth, I left Visible Equity (which later sold to nCino) and started NAUX, an outdoor apparel company, Enduur, a martech consulting firm for startups, and mentored startups with a VC accelerator in Utah. From 2017-2022, I managed a fully remote global team at Sophos Cybersecurity, where I founded their Growth and ABM teams working in the US, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. I left Sophos in early 2023 to focus on business acquisitions full-time. My biggest achievement is my wife of 20 years and our three kids.
