As the Vice President of Global Planning and Inventory at Solenis, I lead a team of professionals who are focused on improving and streamlining global supply chain processes to reduce cost, drive productivity, and improve sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes and achieve working capital targets. I have 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, spanning across various roles in sales, process technology, manufacturing, and supply chain management. I am passionate about delivering value to our customers, partners, and stakeholders by optimizing our manufacturing footprint, enhancing our third-party manufacturing capabilities, and implementing best practices and innovative solutions for our supply chain operations. I have a proven track record of growing sales, building and improving teams, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency and quality. I hold an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University. I am a leader who can show empathy, maintain a positive and energetic attitude, and obtain results with integrity.
