As a Global Human Resources Executive, I have enjoyed 20+ years of building high-performing organizations for chemical leaders Solenis, Ashland, Dow Chemical and Rohm and Haas. I work across all areas of the business – sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and R&D – to ensure the constant improvement and evolution that supports and facilitates the organization’s mission, vision and business strategy. Currently serving as the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for Solenis, I lead the global HR function as an Executive Committee member and key player in the growth and success of Solenis. As an expert in building companies, analyzing data and implementing solutions to improve organizational health and effectiveness, I closely partner with our CEO and business leaders to steer our organization through large-scale and complex business transformations. Adept at charting the path from strategy to action, I build innovative teams that accomplish challenging goals, develop new businesses that become market leaders and revitalize struggling divisions to turn generous profit.
