Global Technology Executive with a combined 20 years experience in leadership roles spanning sales engineering, product management and product marketing, corporate development and information technology. I am the Group VP of Global IT Sales Engineering & Corporate Development at SolarWinds – a world-class provider of IT management software, products, and solutions for networks, servers, applications, storage, virtualization, and cloud SaaS-based monitoring and management solutions. Throughout my career at SolarWinds, I have served as an Executive Leader in pre-sales support, procedural and technological project management, and M&A and business growth strategy development. My progressive responsibilities have been instrumental in building and scaling the company from its pre-IPO startup phase with a handful of local Sales Engineers in Austin, Texas into an elite global Sales Engineering organization with over 70 Sales Engineers in offices located in the U.S., Ireland, London, Czech Republic, Singapore, Australia, and India. To date, I have developed sales strategies for more than 8 acquisitions and successfully integrated innovative products into SolarWinds’ highly-profitable sales model.
