Over 20 years experience in Retail Management, I have experience in overseeing multiple locations in various roles. Currently working as a Senior Superstore Manager within Smyths Toys, within this role I also work as a Training Manager where I oversee the training of new Managers into the company as well as developing existing colleagues into Management positions within stores.
