Working for Smurfit Kappa, in the last 20 years I went with many colleagues and customers on the inspiring journey of sustainable design, supply chain efficiency, mechanical engineering, process control, product safety, omni channel marketing, etc. etc. The fact that packaging plays a role in increasing sales, reducing costs and mitigating risks in every sector, makes it a very inspiring discipline to work in. After more than 20 years of working in packaging innovation I have spoken on seminars and conferences in more than 20 countries, I have worked with many brand owners, but also with small inspiring startups.
