Examples of my career highlights include: ► Facilitating 220% headcount growth (to 800 employees worldwide) in two years and helping to position the company for an acquisition by HPE as the VP of global HR for SimpliVity, a high-growth tech startup in the cloud-based data storage space. ► Building and launching a full HR infrastructure and team for the 700-person union/non-union labor organization for the Masonic Health System. ► Overseeing a multimillion-dollar budget and cross-functional team driving HR, marketing, customer service, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, compliance / risk management, and lean transformation functions as CHRO & EVP of operations support services for Reliant Medical Group. ► Implementing the latest in HR best practices including rolling out process-enhancing technologies, creating a comprehensive talent management system, and building a team that served as proactive business partners as the VP of HR & talent management for Baystate Health. ► Previously served as the president of the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) HR Council, member of the Captive Insurance Board at Reliant, and board member of the Center for Women and Enterprise. I completed my MBA as well as an MS in Human Resource Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. I also hold a certification as a Professional Coach and Master Practitioner – Energy Leadership Index (ELI) through IPEC and am a Certified Gestalt Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
