My Bio: Working for myself now, enjoying home buying, rehab work, and investing in the local real estate market. Taking time to enjoy time! Handling in-home real estate signings for buyers, sellers and lenders for local market, as an experienced Florida Notary. My bio: Vicki, who has a doctorate degree in management, managed the Simplifile sales team and worked for Simplifile for more than twelve years. Overseeing and supporting all sales activities for the company and focusing on county and submitter growth throughout the U.S., Vicki is one of the industry’s preeminent experts and educators on e-recording, real estate opportunities, lender-settlement collaboration, and post-closing automation. Along with managing the sales team at Simplifile, Vicki regularly participated as a panel speaker on workflow automation for real estate transactions at national title industry and county recording conferences, including the 2013 National Settlement Service Summit (NS3) and the 2014 American Land Title Association (ALTA) Annual Convention. Her thought leadership appears in such publications as ALTA TitleNews, The Title Report, and Scotsman Guide, and she has authored a number of industry-related articles and white papers. With more than 40 years of title industry experience under her belt, Vicki has worked for underwriters, attorney and corporate agents, real estate-related companies, and has independently lent her real estate experience to a number of consulting projects and as a traveling notary and closer. Vicki’s expertise encompasses all aspects of title insurance, closing, sales, agency, and management, and she has an affinity for using technology to simplify business processes. She has recently received several mortgage industry honors such as Mortgage Professional America (MPA) magazine’s 2017 Elite Women in Mortgage, which recognizes the mortgage industry’s most influential women leaders and MPA’s 2018 Hot 100 list, which recognizes “100 movers and shakers who are heating things up in the mortgage world.”
