Adam Echter is a Senior Director with Simon-Kucher & Partners, a Global Strategy & Marketing consultancy broadly recognized for their excellence in pricing. Adam brings his front-line experience as a field-based salesperson, product manager, P&L manager and pricing software consultant to bear in helping firms re-capture significant profit leakage through best practices in pricing & sales.Prior to joining SKP, Adam designed enterprise-level pricing software for Global 500 companies, operated distressed businesses in the Bay Area on behalf of the private equity community and worked in industry leading internal turnaround and post-merger integration teams within ALSTOM Power Inc. and The Timken Company; Power Generation and Steel & Bearing companies respectively.
