Having worked with employers and human resources professionals for over 20 years, I understand the many challenges they face in labor and employment matters. As a partner in the Orlando Labor & Employment Practice Group, I use my legal experience and strong working knowledge of the industry to counsel companies throughout Florida. Outside of litigation, I often advise clients on personnel consultation, labor union avoidance and supervisory training, as well as corporate policy issues. I am a former President of the Orange County Bar Association; a current Board Member of Orlando, Inc., a line of business of the Central Florida Partnership specifically focused on regional entrepreneurship; a former Trustee of Orange County Bar Association Legal Aid Society; a former Member of Young Lawyers' Division Board of Governors of Florida Bar; and a former President of OCBA Young Lawyers' Section.
