I am a CAPM and Penn State Graduate from the College of Communications with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising/Public Relations. I completed extensive course work focusing on advertising and marketing campaigns while acting as the leader for most group projects, ensuring deadlines were met while communicating with all group members and professors. I spent 2010 in Edinburgh Scotland working for the Scottish Government in the Marketing Unit. My experience in Scotland, working in a fast paced multi-disciplined marketing and communications environment, was both enjoyable and challenging and a career I am very keen to pursue. I enjoy working to a deadline and being part of a team that works together to produce exceptional results. I have worked for the National Sheriffs' Association as the Head of Membership in Washington, DC, since 2011 where I have been responsible for running a variety of programs, primarily at the same time. This includes managing 2 staff members. From 2016-2019, I transitioned into the role of Sr. Manager of Business Strategies for the NSA. This included being the key staff person designated to the launch of LE SupplyPRO, an online procurement portal for law enforcement. This is a nationwide e-commerce marketplace designed to allow law enforcement to purchase any items needed for their agency/county/jail. My role included coordinating all marketing content and strategy (email, ads, social media etc.), collaborating with CEO to plan and promote new programs, training customers and leadership and more. I most recently moved into a new role managing all Corporate Partnership and Sponsorship sales for NSA. This includes managing all partnerships within the organization throughout the year ensuring all deliverables are met and the relationship is maintained. Upon taking this role, I restructured the program which resulted in an increase in revenue. Another aspect of the role is to sell sponsorships for 2 annual events. In my first year I outsold our previous 5 years that were managed by an outside company. I currently work remotely from Pennsylvania. Skilled in Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, Office Live, iMIS, Basecamp, MailChimp, Smartsheet, Sharepoint, ActiveCampaign, Aha!, ACT Extremely proficient in most social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest etc.)
