Co-founded a new division within Shea Homes to acquire, develop and build active adult communities on a national scale. Since its inception 13 years ago, Shea Homes and the Trilogy brand have become nationally recognized leaders in the active adult space. From a single project in 1999, our team successfully grew the Company to a business generating 2,000 home closings and spanning 5 states. I have been intimately involved in leading all aspects of the business and fulfilled the roles of Executive Vice President/COO, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Acquisitions.
