He possesses a deep insights in Data Analytics, Global Hospitality trends, Global Macro Asset Management methodology, Macro Equity Analysis by Region and Financial Trends in the world. An avid learner he continues to upgrade himself and is currently studying part time ''Chinese Politics Systems" at the Hong Kong University Within the hospitality industry his work with leading vendors and consultants has provided him a deep technical understanding of hotel and enterprise level systems like Opera HQ, Robotics, Cloud, Self Service Solutions, Inventory Management via RFID and Property Management Systems. This enables him to have a holistic and high level understanding of how all the systems provide a ''ecosystem'' for the business to lead in the technical advances. His past on the ground operational exposure is solidly cemented with leading all of the new hotel openings around the world outside China for Rooms , driving Service Excellence & Brand Standards with on site operational reviews and training , leading enterprise level Innovation. With over 20 years in global role covering China, South East Asia, Greater China, Australasia, Europe,North America and Middle East UAE. He brings color to all challenges in many angles.
