He also served as Vice President overseeing Gap’s Data Services Group ,Business Intelligence and Inventory Management platforms worldwide. Under his leadership the team was able to simplify and optimize platforms as well as set the course for their future Unified Data Platform. Early in his career, Rich was a Senior IT leader in the Financial Services arena where he pioneered the creation of online banking, real-time integration of customer transactions as well as international smart-sourcing of IT.
