I have 23 years of global HR experience that has contributed to the rapid transformation of organizations in multiple industries. I draw upon my perspective from private equity and Fortune 500 companies to devise collaborative, disciplined frameworks for integration and change management, communications, IT, performance management, and compensation. By maximizing our human capital, I’ve mobilized globally-dispersed teams of 45+ HR professionals to execute strategies that improve talent acquisition, engagement, workplace culture, professional and leadership development, and retention—and in turn embolden the employee value proposition, shape a common multinational culture, and accelerate corporate growth and performance. Among my core competencies and career highlights: TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP: I navigated a small private equity technology solutions provider to become a global industry leader through explosive employee growth, global restructuring, and improved engagement and culture—and effective positioning for profitable acquisition. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: I introduced a global employee survey to assess engagement and workplace culture and found an urgent need for corporate values and improved communication. I developed enterprise action plans that boosted engagement by 25% in three years. SUCCESSION PLANNING & TALENT MANAGEMENT: To develop and retain top-level employees and build a succession plan for key roles, I established a global Talent Management program that increased our ready-now talent pool by 20%. TALENT ACQUISITION: To attract early career talent, I created an Engineering Leadership Development Program that tripled in size in two years and, separately, dispatched an acquisition team that filled 95% of vacancies internally to save $2M+ and reduce TTF over 21 months.
