I’m passionate about data driven marketing and user behaviour analysis. I am keen on implement big data solutions and machine learning technologies, because I believe that they will help us make our customers happier and, as a result, will help bring in higher revenue, but none of it would be possible without my team. I think that the biggest challenge for the Head of Department is to inspire colleagues and subordinates to try new things and achieve better results, remaining involved and passionate at the same time.
