Tony has over 15 years of experience in Healthcare IT ( Project Management, Testing and Implementation), 10+ years of project management experience including planning, coordination and implementation of Electronic Medical Records and IT Infrastructure Build-out/Remediation, 6+ years of project management experience – Epic Implementations, 10+ years’ experience of IT implementations within hospitals and medical facilities (commercial and academic). Tony has implemented Epic EHR Systems at Kaiser Permanente and Stanford Hospital and Clinics. Tony set up the Enterprise Support Structure for Kaiser Permanente and led a team of 20 KP Epic Engineers to support Kaiser Permanente Production and Development. Most recently, Tony was consulting at Kaiser Permanente on the Continuous Availability Project - building out a secondary/fail-over Data Center for Epic Planned and unplanned outages.
