Provides leadership and consultative services to Executive Leadership in all areas of Human Resources, including strategic planning, regulatory oversight, and succession/resources planning. As a strategic business partner, designs, implements and coordinates programs to enhance and maintain quality of work life, employee satisfaction, recruitment and retention. Employee Relations: Facilitates management of employee relations through consultation, document review, problem resolution, action plans and terminations.Conducts investigations (i.e. harassment, discrimination, theft, substance abuse testing, etc.) Recruitment: Recruitment and retention of talent; strategic forecasting of human capital. Compensation: Develop salary offers; evaluate internal equity, facilitate business unit specific compensation and/or equity evaluations.
