By balancing my broad business acumen with deep technical expertise, I have orchestrated recapitalization, reduced tax and compliance costs, and created financial discipline across diverse global business units. I have repeated success transforming complex finance organizations by streamlining processes, improving efficiencies, reducing complexity, and enhancing business operations through a shared services environment. Companies have benefited from my ability to identify and hire exceptional financial talent while creating an environment that enables people to accomplish great things. As Executive Vice President and CFO for a $3.3 billion global technology company, I closely partnered with the CEO and Business Unit Executives to produce multiple quarters of year-over-year growth in highly-competitive markets by increasing working capital, improving return on invested capital, driving financial discipline, and creating global supply chain efficiencies. In this role, my oversight responsibilities extended beyond finance to include leadership of business development, information technology, procurement, risk management, and multiple global facilities. My collaboration with other leaders across organizations has improved tax efficiency, lowered cash taxes, and returned invested capital to the U.S. in a tax-efficient manner. Specifically, I reduced foreign taxes by $20 million while decreasing compliance expense by $3 million, increasing working capital by $60 million, and refinancing over $8.5 billion in debt including a $630 million launch of EURO debt. I played strategic roles in two IPOs including a $3.1 billion Hong Kong-traded entity and have integrated multiple global acquisitions. My corporate leadership roles have included Executive Vice President and CFO for a $3.3B global technology company, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for a $49B resort development company, and Director in a multi-national accounting and professional services firm. In 2020, I was recognized by Institutional Investor as the #1 Chief Financial Officer in Gaming and Lodging. I have also served as a guest speaker at Deloitte’s International Hospitality Conference.
