I am a Corporate Recruiter for one of the largest employers in South Carolina, the insurance guru, BlueCross BlueShield. Here at BCBS, I have had the pleasure of learning various facets of the recruiting industry and other aspects of HR. While at BCBS, I source for a wide variety of positions ranging from CSRs, Accountants and Financial Analysts, Website and Reporting Specialists, Senior Quality Analysts, and many more. The highlights of my days include: sourcing and presenting top talent to management, interacting with candidates and hiring managers regarding open requisitions, negotiating salaries and other benefits, and being a part of the process to add and/or promote talent within our teams. My goal is to continue to perfect my craft as a Recruiter. I want to lead initiatives to attract the best and brightest talent from coast to coast. I will embrace and utilize technology to attract millennials, while engaging in more face-to-face interaction to appeal to Gen Xers and Baby Boomers. I want to provide a world-class, customer service experience for clients and candidates. I want to assist with the creation of recruiting strategies that others seek to replicate.
