Led large HR teams (>300 employees, $43m budget), covering country, regional and global roles (62 countries), and large businesses (>34,000 headcount). Most recent 10 years have been in global HRBP roles, based out of Singapore. Currently engaging on short-term consulting, primarily in Fintech, but looking for permanent roles. •Strategic workforce realignment: pivoting the Retail business from bricks & mortar to online distribution •Cultural transformation: transition the Operations function from Waterfall to Agile ways of working organised along client journey structures and processes •Reward transformation: designing incentive plans, repositioning benefits to ‘employer of choice’, pension restructuring •Reskilling for the future: pivoting from operational roles to cyber and data analytics •Organisation design: re-engineering target operating models while also driving engagement and reducing attrition •Regulatory compliance (UK Senior Managers Regime; FCA/PRA)
