I am a multilingual (English, Italian, German, French) and multicultural executive, with two decades of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry complemented by an MBA from MIT Sloan. I have lived in four European countries for >8 years each as well as in the US (Boston & San Francisco). I enjoy leading dynamic teams of highly skilled individuals and have managed diverse teams across continents over the years. I thrive in multicultural environments, where I constantly find myself bridging the gap between cultures and across language barriers. Flexibility is one of my key assets and I effortlessly manage change. I have developed and successfully registered multiple molecules, in Neurology, Dermatology, Antiinfectives, Cardiovascular, + others, including products with particular hurdles. Additionally, I was involved in the launch and commercialisation activities by contributing the relevant medical perspective. Sailing and participating in regattas is a distinct passion. Being a responsible and dependable crew member on the team is testament to my collaborative spirit in all types of settings. I thoroughly enjoy learning from the experiences of others.
