I joined Samsara in 2015 as the 16th employee and the first People Operations team member taking the company to over 2,200 employees in 2023 and through IPO in December 2021. I am passionate about building, managing, and continuously improving the Talent Acquisition + People Ops tech stack: ATS, sourcing tools, data analytics, HRIS, and integrations. Currently managing a growing team of Recruiting Operations Specialists and Managers.
