Over the last 10 years, I have explored the world of human behavior through research, intervention, and instruction. Specifically, I have focused on the complex and ever-evolving relationships we hold with technology. My work has involved occupying various roles in the development of web/app products designed to broaden access to mental healthcare & support, overseeing and publishing research projects, teaching undergraduate courses centered on research and health psychology, and providing clinical intervention/assessment to a diverse range of individuals. My most recent roles were focused on product management and product design.
