Justin Bishop is the Automation Implementation Lead for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives at the Ascension Ministry Service Center. The second BluePrism Certified configurator in North America, he has nearly four years in automation experience with both BluePrism and Automation Anywhere products. He helped create Ascension’s Process Excellence and Automation Center of Excellence as well as its first BluePrism training program. During his time as a Blue Prism developer, he created production processes that have totaled over $150K in annual ROI. Additionally, he created SWOT analysis procedures to monitor and review new, existing, and up and coming automation products for Ascension. He has over 10 years’ experience as an IT Consultant, technician, and manager and has served as a Business Process Analyst as well a Project Leader.
