As a Division Sales Manager, I lead a team of Sales and Marketing Representatives in our Southern Maryland Division who specialize in both Single Family Attached and Detached sales. Our primary objective is proving a excellent customer experience in their home buying journey. I have been with Ryan Homes, an NVR Inc. Company since August 2013. In that time I have served as a Production Supervisor and Project Manager responsible for the day to day construction of our customers homes while also serving to each buyer a unique purchasing experience. During this time I managed the construction of over 500 Single Family homes in Washington D.C., Prince George’s County and Montgomery County. In 2017 I had the opportunity to extend my career into my current role as a Sales & Marketing Representative. During this time, procured $150 million in sales revenue in the Washington D.C. Montgomery County,Prince George's County & Frederick County markets working with customers to fulfill their dream of homeownership. In 2018, 2020 & 2021 I was awarded Ryan Homes' President's Club Award for excellence in sales. I was given the opportunity to step into my current role as a Division Sales Manager in November of 2021 and look forward to continuing to building my career as a leader in the New Home Construction industry with Ryan Homes.
