At RxBar, we believe that food should be simple and delicious without compromising nutrition. We believe that quality ingredients should never be sacrificed because of cost. We believe that foods should be consumed as nature intended. This is why we do what we do and as a company all of our products directly reflect these values.

Currently, I lead operations at DUDE Products, a high growth CPG organization that is forever revolutionizing the toilet paper aisle. Prior to DUDE, I lead technology at RXBAR, the fastest-growing nutrition bar brand in the United States. At RX, I was one of the first 30 employees and the fourth person to join the operations team. My focus was to optimize operations, and eventually the business, through the use of technology. My time at RX gave me the opportunity to lead many transformative projects like moving us from QuickBooks and Excel to an ERP system, NetSuite. I also helped navigate the $600 million acquisition of RXBAR from a technology perspective with our now parent company Kellogg. Over my time with RXBAR I built a team to service many areas of the business and work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment of our business strategy and technology. My unique experience of getting to work across so many areas of the business has helped me build strong business acumen and has allowed me to be a thought partner for other leaders in the industry.
