I have a deep understanding of most aspects of the asset management business, including portfolio management, asset allocation, strategic planning, company management, mutual fund board governance, product development and design, talent development, sub-advisory research, investment process design and implementation, ESG integration, and risk management. I have launched small businesses and managed divisions of larger companies. I have been equally successful in high growth environments as well as in the midst of restructurings. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of investment leadership and pride myself in identifying and developing talented professionals. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and never lost my love for the outdoors. I’m a proud parent and big believer in teamwork, having coached more than 30 youth sports teams over the years.
